Anyone who is willing to respect our space, and the fact that it is a work space - is invited to use this beautiful space. Return the place as you found it. Since we're located in a residential area and work hard to be a welcomed part of the neighborhood - common sense courtesy is needed. Ram board on the floor, tennis balls on stands. All trash must be taken with you (no use of house dumpsters). House power can only be used for small lights (no Joker 800, M18 and higher). Leave as is.
